Rory Hong joined the accounting profession in 1979. Before migration to Australia, Rory worked in various famous Certified Public Accountants firms in Hong Kong as auditor and as financial controller in a Pupua New Guinea conglormate. Rory migrated to Australia in 1988. He admitted as a partner in a long established Certified Practicing Accountant firm in Chinatown in 1989 and left that accounting practice to set up Rory Hong & Co in July 2000.
